Vitalic, the innovative French dance DJ will be spinning at Don Hill’s in NYC on January 13th. He’s been compared to such greats as Aphex Twin and Daft Punk (and many say he’s even better). Breaking down the barriers between scenes, Vitalic tries to be objective about musical genres so that his sound remains unrestrained, intermixing hip-hop, techno and rock. We may as well call his music eclectronic. His latest album, entitled OK Cowboy, has been rated one of 2005’s top 20 albums by Pitch Fork Media.
